credit card payment is not compulsory for online
registration as you will receive a tax invoice
with your registration confirmation.
All prices are quoted in New
Zealand dollars (inclusive of GST). Payment in
any other currency will not be accepted. Payment
can be made by cheque (payable to ‘Conference
Trust Account’), bank draft or credit card (Mastercard,
AMEX, Visa). Completed registration forms and

Acknowledgement
All registrations received
prior to Wednesday 8 October 2008 will be
acknowledged in writing. Registrations received
after Wednesday 8 October 2008 will be processed
on the day you arrive at the Conference. If you
have not received confirmation of your
registration within two weeks of posting your
registration form, please contact Workz4U
Limited via email events@workz4u.co.nz. Online
registrations will be acknowledged with an
automated email response and a tax invoice,
which appears as an attachment.
At the Conference
Your registration pack, with
the programme, will be available for collection
from the Workz4U registration desk located on
the first floor of the Hilton Hotel. Please
note, you must register prior to the Welcome
Function on the Tuesday evening to ensure you
receive your function ticket(s). The
registration desk will be open from 1200 on
Tuesday 14 October, 0715 Wednesday 15 October,
0715 Thursday 16 October and 0715 Friday 17
October.
Alterations
Alterations to your
registration will not be accepted over the
telephone. Alterations must be made in writing

Cancellation and Refund
Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to
the Conference Manager. Cancellations made by 14
September 2008 will be refunded, less 10% to
cover administration costs. After this date, no
refunds will be made. All refunds will be
processed after the Meeting. If, for reasons
beyond the control of the Organising Committee,
the Conference is cancelled, registration fees
will be refunded after deduction of expenses
already incurred.
